Esben Keim started Vital Few. He is a typical growth mindset person, inspired, and happy when he can help others succeed. After over ten years in various management positions, Esben started his consultant career in 2012.

His idea is to connect all his experiences with solid methods and help others succeed as companies and individuals.

Vital Few works in close collaboration with the management of the customers. Our basic idea is that the team at the customer has the necessary competence. Our task is to get the best out of the individual and the team as a whole. Furthermore, we help ensure that the team steers towards common goals with concrete action plans ready for immediate execution.
